Meet The Wedding Wagon by Michigan Wedding Studio.
The Wedding Wagon is our enclosed trailer packed with the essentials you need to create an intimate wedding for up to 30 guests.
We'll deliver the Wedding Wagon to your wedding location the day before your wedding, giving you plenty of time to set everything up and make the space your own.
When the celebration is over, we'll return the day after your wedding to pick everything up.
We bring the wedding. You create the memories.

Your Wedding Wagon package includes:
- Octagon ceremony arch
- Wedding florals, bridal bouquet & groom boutonniere
- 20–30 guest chairs, aisle sashes & florals
- 3 six-foot tables + linens
- 4 cocktail tables + linens
- Wedding signage & decorations

Everything conveniently delivered in our enclosed trailer.
Use everything together to create your ceremony and celebration, or choose the pieces that work best for you.
Our current color palette is burgundy, terracotta, and burnt orange for Autumn. Cocktail tablecloths are satin burgundy, 6' tablecloths are white.
Color palettes will change with the seasons.

Have somewhere special in mind? Tell us where you're getting married and we'll help determine whether the Wedding Wagon can come to you. +$3/mile over our 20 mile service area.
How it Works
1. Reserve Your Date
Choose the Wedding Wagon for your wedding date and tell us where you're celebrating. When booking, reserve your desired wedding date, then we will contact you for delivery and pickup times.
2. We Deliver
We'll deliver the enclosed Wedding Wagon to your approved location one day before your wedding.
3. You Set Up Your Wedding
Open the trailer and you'll have the chairs, tables, arch, décor and other essentials ready to transform your space.
Arrange everything to fit your wedding and your location.
4. GET MARRIED!
Enjoy your wedding without worrying about buying dozens of items you'll only use once.
5. We Pick It Up
Pack the Wedding Wagon back up after your celebration. We'll return the following day and take it away.
No storing 30 chairs. No figuring out what to do with an arch afterward. No marketplace full of wedding decorations to sell.

You can make your Wedding Wagon experience even easier by adding a professional wedding officiant from Michigan Wedding Studio.
Officiant services may be added for an additional fee and are subject to officiant availability for your wedding date and ceremony time.
