For our Grand Surprise experience, we also provide guest arrival instructions so your family and friends can gather discreetly before the big reveal.

Our proposal experiences allow you to bring your own photographer at no additional charge.

We can also arrange a simple iPhone video recording so you can relive the moment again and again.

Can I bring my own photographer?

Absolutely! You're welcome to bring your own photographer at no additional charge. Photographers are included in the room's permitted occupancy.

Will someone help coordinate the surprise?

Yes! We'll help plan your arrival, prepare the room, and coordinate the experience so everything is ready for your special moment.

Can family and friends attend?

Our Private Proposal is designed for just the couple. Our Grand Surprise package includes a private proposal followed by a family celebration for up to 10 people total, including the couple.

Can I choose the music?

Of course! Let us know your special song before your appointment, and we'll have it ready.

Do I need to bring decorations?

Not at all! Our Proposal Room is fully decorated and ready for your arrival. All you need to bring is the ring!

Can I take pictures afterward?

Absolutely! You'll have time during your reserved experience to capture photographs with our romantic backdrops.
